Using the Le Print Express Template Tool

  • Browse through the various templates by selecting the PREVIEW button beside the template description
  • Once you have selected a template, click on the desired format. They are either Microsoft Word or Corel Wordperfect.
  • You will be prompted to specify the location of where you would like to save the template file on YOUR computer. Select a destination by following the on screen instructions and be sure to make note of the file name and the name of the file you are downloading.
  • Once the download is complete, exit the Web Browser and disconnect from the network
  • Locate the file using the file manager or the windows explorer. Once it has been located, double click on the file.
  • You will be prompted to unzip the file to a location. Try to locate the folder where your templates normally reside, if you can not find that folder, unzip the file to any folder. Be sure to remember the location of the file.
  • Run your word processor
  • Select the OPEN FILE command
  • Go to the folder where the downloaded file is located and select the file, then click OK. You may need to open files of all types to see the template on the file list.
  • The document will appear on the screen. You can then fill in the appropriate spaces and use the document accordingly.
